Jason is a 1986 graduate of Denton High School and 1990 graduate of University of North Texas. He was born in Dallas and grew up in Lake Dallas. Jason began his insurance career right out of college in 1990 and founded Century Insurance Agency in 1996. Jason is involved in both personal lines and commercial lines as a business development and marketing officer. He is married with three children and two dogs. Jason and his family are actively involved in their church, Denton Bible Church. Jason is a member of the internationally acclaimed pops chorus The Vocal Majority, where he loves singing and performing for fans of Barbershop Harmony. He is a huge life-long fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers.
Ray was born in Northfork, West Virginia and graduated from Northfork High School. He graduated with a BA from the University of Texas at Arlington, then later graduated from SMU Law School with a JurisDoctor degree. During this time he performed as a professional musician and was the leader of his own group named the Ray Wray Quartet. Ray sings and plays trumpet and valve trombone. He worked for 20 years as a private practice attorney before retiring in the mid 1980s. In 1996, his son Jason convinced him to join him in the opening of Century Insurance Agency. Ray is married and has three adult children and three beautiful grandchildren. He enjoys attending his grandsons’ games, watching professional sports, playing cards and traveling. He and his wife live in Corinth.
Jeff has made Denton is home since 1970. He is a proud graduate of Denton High School. He played both football and baseball for the Broncos and was voted the Most Valuable Player on the football team his senior year. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 1979 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Jeff has been in the insurance industry since 1982 and has served the greater Denton area since 1986. he has been the President of his local National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of North Texas (NAIFA-NT). He is a member of the Denton Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Denton-Wise County Board of Realtors, and a Director of the Sports Ministry of North Texas. He has been married to his wife Amy since 1979 and they have one Daughter Amanda, and two miniature schnauzers. Jeff has a passion for serving his customers. His personal business philosophy is to always treat others as he would like to be treated. He has been actively involved in two wonderful local churches: First Baptist Church and Denton Bible church. Jeff is also involved in Bible Study Fellowship. In his spare time Jeff enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and cheering on his daughter’s Texas Longhorns!
Ryan is a Denton resident and graduated from Denton High School and the University of North Texas. Ryan has been in the insurance industry in Dallas/Fort Worth since 1993. Ryan is married with two children. Ryan’s hobbies include coaching his two children’s soccer and basketball teams, hunting, mountain biking, and just about any outdoor activity he can find. Ryan enjoys college and professional sports and is a fan of the Dallas Mavericks. Ryan’s family is from Green Bay, Wisconsin and he is an avid Packers fan!
Gail has been in the insurance industry since 1993. She graduated from Ardmore High School in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Attended Murray State College and Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Her interests include working out, shopping, decorating, traveling, music and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys watching College Sports and the Texas Rangers.
Robin is married and has a son and a daughter she lives in Krum, Texas. Robin is a graduate from Justin F. Kimball High School in Dallas. She has been with Century Insurance since 2008. Her interest include going on cruises, shopping and spending time with her family especially her beautiful 3 year old granddaughter. She also enjoys her 2 rescue dogs and is a fan of the Texas Rangers.
Terri was born in Dallas and graduated from Lewisville High School in 1981. For most of her life Terri lived in the Lewisville and Denton area. Terri lived and worked in the insurance business in a small East Texas town for 9 years. She has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Terri’s interests range from riding horses and fishing to gardening and decorating. She has one son and one beautiful grandson. She is a big fan of the Dallas Mavericks.
Liz has been in the insurance industry for 26 years. She started her insurance career two years after North Dallas High School. She received her Solicitors License in 1994 and then her Life & Health license in 1997. In 2007 she received a designation of Accredit Customer Service Representative and in 2008 she received a designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative. She was born and raised in Dallas but has called Denton home since 1986. She has 3 children and two grandchildren who are all her pride and joy. She loves to go camping, fishing and spending time with her family. Her favorite baseball team are the Texas Rangers and is an avid football fan.
Holly is married with 3 children. She lives in Northlake, Texas, and has not gone too far from Denton since graduating from Denton High School. She’s been in the insurance industry since 2005. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, baking, and landscaping. She is involved in women’s ministry and is a member of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas.
Ben grew up in Lake Dallas and graduated from Lake Dallas High School. He earned a BA in Psychology at The University of Texas at Dallas and is a certified mediator. He has been in the insurance business since 1991, and has worked as an Underwriting Supervisor for State Farm for 9 years. He made the career change to join the agency business in 2005, when Jason recruited him to Century Insurance Agency, Inc. Ben is the agent in charge of our Flower Mound office. Ben was an excellent high school athlete, a letterman in football, basketball, and track. He and his wife live in Corinth with their two children and two dogs. They are actively involved with First Baptist Church of Corinth. Ben’s interests are playing sports with his kids and coaching them in football, baseball, and basketball, riding horses, watching sports and just about anything outdoors.
Kathy is a 1986 graduate of Lewisville High School. She was born in Orange, CA but has lived in Highland Village, Flower Mound and Lewisville TX since 1972. She has a Bachelor of Social Work from UNT. Kathy joined Duke Agency in 1995. She was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She joined Century Insurance Flower Mound office March, 2012. She specializes in Business Insurance. Kathy has a passion to get to know her clients and making sure they have the best insurance protection and the best customer service. Kathy has 2 children- Jessica and Daniel. She has 2 bonus children that are grown. Kathy is very involved with her children and the Lewisville / Flower Mound / Highland Village community. She served on the LISD School Board for 9 years. She has served on many Non-Profit boards such as PediPlace, YMCA, Youth and Family Counseling, Communities in Schools, Women Business owners of Denton County and more. She is currently the President of the Board for Communities in Schools of North Texas. She is a past member and past President of the Flower Mound Rotary Club. She was Chairman of the board for Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce. She was Citizen of the Year in 1999, Rotarian of the Year and is in the Lewisville High School Hall of Fame. Kathy enjoys giving back and helping others. This shows in her day to day activities at work and personally. Currently she spends time with her family, watching her son play soccer, volunteering and cooking.
Mark manages the Life & Health insurance division of Century Insurance Agency. He has over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry from both the claims and marketing perspectives. Mark played baseball at Lewisville High School and graduated in 1985. He went on to graduate from UNT in 1989 with a degree in Strategic Management. Mark is a former President of The Southwest Insurance Association (Dallas Chapter) and past Chairman of the Board for Noteworthy Ministries. He enjoyed being a children’s leader for Bible Study Fellowship International for over 7 years. Mark is in his 12th year as Dave Ramsey’s Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) in DFW. Mark is blessed to be married to Jennie Roden and they have six kids that keep them very busy.
Dessy was born in Amsterdam, NY but grew up Denton, TX. She is proud to be a Texan! Dessy graduated from Denton High School in 1987 then attended the American Institute of Commerce. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant for the majority of her professional career. Dessy joined Century Insurance Agency in November, 2011 and received her Insurance Service Representative license in 2012. Her position at CIA includes customer service and managing the day to day operations in our Flower Mound office. Dessy is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two children. She loves camping, boating, watching her children play sports, and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite quote is “Something good comes of everything” and applies this to all aspects of her life.
Catherine was born in Wichita Falls, TX, moved to Dallas in July 1995 and Denton in April 2009. Catherine graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1968 and began her insurance career in January 1969. She has 10+ years as a Commercial Lines Underwriter and 20+ years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Working in the Flower Mound office since November 2014 Catherine is all about providing quality customer service. She has 1 son and 2 wonderful grandchildren who also live in Denton. Catherine is an active member of GracePoint Church and loves going to watch whatever her grandchildren are involved in. Her bucket list includes singing in a rock n roll band, learning to fly, race an Indie car and conduct a symphony orchestra.
